As a subconsultant to the design-build team, AGS provided geotechnical engineering services for the modernization and expansion of Terminal 3 West (T3W). The existing five domestic gates were upgraded to accommodate both international and domestic flights. The project included upgrades to the interior of Boarding Area F, a consolidated baggage handling system, a sterile connector to Boarding Area G, and the replacement of the full façade of Terminal 3. The project was designed to achieve LEED Gold and Net Zero Energy Building Certification.

AGS provided a design-level geotechnical study report for the project based on a site-specific field and laboratory program. AGS performed field exploration, laboratory testing, and development of seismic and foundation design recommendations.
